Refund Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Chlorine offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Chlorine subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through our support page and we will pass the request on for you.
Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days.
Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. You are not charged during the trial, so no refund is needed if you decide not to subscribe.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Cancellation on its own is not a refund request; if you also want your most recent payment refunded within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
Renewals and duplicate charges
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to make, or you see a duplicate charge, contact us or Paddle and we will sort it out. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders.
Exported documents
Plans, invoices and PDFs you have already downloaded remain yours to keep. Refunding a subscription ends your access to the Chlorine workspace but does not require you to delete documents you have exported.
